Toshiba has announced that its Satellite laptops will come equipped with Intel AMD chips and Intel processor. The prices for the Satellite L-series and C-series, which will hit the market in May, will start at $399. Toshiba Satellite laptops are expected to be thinner and lighter as compared to previous models.
Toshiba Satellite series laptops will utilize AMD’s chip, which is code-named as Trinity, and Intel Core processor code-named Ivy Bridge. The new improved processor and chip promises to boost your laptop's performance. Toshiba claims that the new AMD chip will increase the graphic quality by 50 percent and CPU performance by 25 percent.
Toshiba Satellite series laptops will come with screen size ranging from 14 to 17.3 inches. They will also come with webcams, HDMI, and USB ports. Additionally, users will get Blu-ray Disk drives in some of the L-series laptops and can even charge USB devices without the power on.
