Convenient cloud printing with HP ePrint Enterprise offered by Toshiba®
Toshiba has tapped into the cloud services to enable users to have a better and convenient way of printing their documents. Toshiba America Business Solutions, Inc. has recently announced the availability of the HP ePrint Enterprise mobile printing solution that will be used through its nationwide network of Toshiba Business Solutions subsidiaries. The HP ePrint Enterprise mobile printing solution will expand Toshiba Managed Print Services (MPS) offerings through the utilization of cloud services. With this solution, the users will be able to print their documents without the need of any print driver.
The new strategic relationship of Toshiba with HP will give its users the freedom to directly print documents without the use of any additional hardware. They can simply print presentations, photos, reports, etc. on any registered printing device by connecting directly to the network from their smartphones.
"Enhancing our relationship with HP from offering imaging and printing devices to offering the ePrint Enterprise solution helps us provide our end users the flexibility they need to conduct business without being tied to the office printer." said Tony Venice, manager, Strategic Product Management, Toshiba America Business Solutions, Inc.
Users of Toshiba MPS can have various benefits with this mobile printing solution that will redefine multitasking. Users can send their presentations or handouts to any enabled networked company printer they want. They can also use GPS information and input geographic search criteria into the mobile app to find a local ePrint public print location to send the documents for printing.
The new Toshiba HP alliance will definitely offer greater productivity and flexibility options to the users of Toshiba MPS. Not only that, Toshiba Business Solutions subsidiaries will have a good chance to expand their potential revenue streams by increasing print pages in their MPS contract. So, let us wait and see how well this contract works out so that all Toshiba users can print conveniently using the cloud service.
