Toshiba Imaging in collaboration with ISee3D Inc. is making plans to build a high definition 3D microscopic system. The 3D microscope will be having Toshiba IK-HD1 along with 3-chip high definition camera to provide excellent quality of images.
The leading name in providing 3D imaging systems, ISee3D is based in Canada. It will be providing its latest single-lens technology for perfectly-aligned images, which can be displayed on a HD monitor.
Chief Technical Officer of ISee3D, Tom Mitchell said, "After evaluating various 3-chip HD cameras, we have selected Toshiba's IK-HD1 high-definition 3CCD camera for our new 3D microscope imaging system." Mitchell also said that the small form factor camera of 3D microscope will be perfect for providing images for scientific purposes with excellent color, superior contrast and resolution, and acquisition speed.
Paul Dempster, director of sales at Toshiba Imaging, expressed his excitement for the deal which will result in excellent 3D visualization of images.
