Logging into the laptop
If there has been a password entered in the BIOS start-up of the computer and it was not there before, but has appeared now, then that means that you have a virus in your laptop. The only way to access this is to locate the CMOS battery Toshiba generally locates this under the keyboard. These batteries like most that are installed are soldered in place and resemble a large coin like battery. When you power up, the CMOS will re-establish itself and go to your settings to make sure you have no password.

First of all you will need to know what type of laptop it is, because different laptops have different ways of resetting the BIOS. You can open the laptop and just take out the battery for a couple seconds and put it in back (make sure that the power is unplugged before opening.) If the laptop has no battery then you will have to download or get a manual for the laptop hence then it’s going to tell you to touch 2 jumpers in order to reset the BIOS.
